During the years of independent development Closed Joint Stock Company "Bobruiskmebel" has become a modern high-technology and automated production, which can compete on equal terms with the similar enterprises abroad.

More than 80 percent of imported capital equipment of the factory is imported. This equipment makes it possible to introduce new technology and compete on foreign markets. At the factory are introduced three sizing machines of the company "IMA", equipment of the firm, Ernst ", machines for all-round dubbing of the furniture parts from the firm “Weinig”, equipment with PNC from the firms "Zuckerman" and "Reichenbacher”. The machine "IMA - Compact" for facing profile running details, three producing centers and the adjusting machines “WEECKE”, vertical milling machines “R-9", machine "Felder", postforming and softforming  producing line "Fritz", the surfacer of the firma “ Topsand”, equipment "Dimter -Supra " for the jointing of wood blankes and  return work in the operations .

A block from 10 drying rooms of firm “Hildebrand” was been erected at the factory by our specialists. The capacity of this block is about 340 cubic meters. It has made fully possible to ensure the production with dried detailes. During the six months a department for producing of surfaced veneer has been built and equipped with a Japanese equipment of the company “Marubeni”, which capacity is about 4.2 million square meters per year.

Since June 1996, a woodsaving was entered into force. It has made possible to provide the production of cabinet furniture with quality details. It was conducted the  computerization of basic engineering and settlement services in all department of the CJSC .

In 2007 the woodsaving timber was been transferred to the main area of the factory, which capacity is 17  thousand cubic meters a year. It was made a partial reconstruction of boiler equipment, it means, that the old boilers were replaced with new power-saving boilers, which runs on sawmill woodwaste. Not long ago the factory has bought three screw compressors with automatic control and air drying, which have a lot of advantages over the old piston compressors. It made possible to economise electricity.

In 2008 CJSC "Bobruiskmebel" have made reconstruction of finishing shop, have continued the modernization of the boiler room. These projects helped to reduce material capacity and energy intensity of production, to use new paint materials and reduce production costs.

At the factory was introduced the quality management system based on international standards ISO 9000 to win the trust of consumers and confirmation of product quality. In November 2007, the system is certified by the National Certification System of the Republic of Belarus, received a certificate of conformity number BY/112 05.01. 010 1082, which is valid until 21 November 2010. In 2008, the company has confirmed the certificate of the quality management system.

In conformity with the  standards of the Quality Management System at CJSC "Bobruiskmebel" was developed a quality policy, whose main goal is the production and delivery of high quality products, satisfying the requirements of consumers.
